Tai Chi encourages natural movement and flow of energy to promote robust health

Tai Chi practice improves strength, posture, balance, flexibility and coordination.  Tai Chi also helps reduce stress and increases energy levels.  Most importantly it is great fun to practice.

Instructors Tom Collingridge and Helen Kingdon offer training in the Tai Chi empty hand forms Laojia (Long Form) and Paocui (Cannon Fist), Pushing Hands, Qi-Gong, Straight Sword, Broad Sword, Spear, Kwan Dao, and Fan.
