Instructor
Tom Collingridge
Tom started practising Tai Chi at the age of 19. Now, some 15 years
later, he continues to practice with the same passion and enthusiasm for
this life affirming Chinese art.
Tom is a registered instructor with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain.
In addition to the practice of Tai Chi, Tom is also a qualified
instructor of Wing Chun Kung Fu and Aikido, which he has also been
practising for many years.
A keen cyclist and kayaker, Tom's emphasis is primarily about the health
benefits of Tai Chi, but as a martial artist the self defence element is
equally covered for those with a particular interest in this area.
Tom is currently studying a Diploma to become a personal fitness
trainer which he believes will further enhance both his knowledge of
human anatomy and health and fitness.
